We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule a service with us, you agree to be present or have an authorized representative available during the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window. However, unforeseen circumstances like weather or emergencies may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product and are passed through to you. We will provide warranty information for all materials used in your project.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. Any warranty claim must be reported to us in writing within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us permission to access your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon services. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you should remove or protect any valuable or fragile items near the work area.

Our team follows industry safety standards and maintains appropriate insurance coverage. You agree to keep children and pets away from work areas for their safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine Way Rohnert Park Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
